The operator of this website, on behalf of BOP, is Martin Parr Foundation whose registered office is at 316 Paintworks, Arnos Vale, Bristol, BS4 3AR. Registered in England, Charity No 1161282.

Transactions

All shop orders are processed securely online using STRIPE. Your card details are not revealed to us and are never stored on our server or database. 

Order Confirmation

For event ticket purchases you will receive one email confirming your order is complete.  

Tickets

We do not issue physical tickets. Your confirmation email is proof of purchase and the name you booked under will be checked on the way into the event. 

Cancellation Policy 

We are unable to offer refunds on tickets for events you can no longer attend. However, you are welcome to transfer any unwanted tickets to someone else. Please just send us an email in advance so we can amend the door list – hello@bopbristol.org

If we have to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances then a full refund will be offered to all ticket holders.
