Martin Parr Foundation and The Royal Photographic Society auditorium are located on the ground floor of the MPF and RPS buildings, which are both above street level (podium level). There are lifts from street level to podium level. These are detailed on the map above. There is also an accessible toilet at both the MPF and RPS buildings.

There are bike racks outside Martin Parr Foundation, The RPS and across Paintworks.
By train
The closest train station is Bristol Temple Meads. Paintworks is a 20 minute walk or a 7 minute drive from Temple Meads station. There is a taxi rank outside the train station. Bus numbers 1, x39, 178 and 349 serve the Paintworks from Temple Meads Station.
By bus
Buses run from the centre of Bristol, Temple Meads train station and Bristol Coach Station. Bus numbers 1, 57, 349 and X39 stop at the Paintworks bus stop.
By car
There is some public parking available at Paintworks. This can be seen on the map above. In the main car park (detailed on the left of the map) a three hour limit applies only on weekdays before 6pm. This includes an accessible space and is a short distance from MPF. Further accessible parking can be found closer to MPF (detailed on the right of the map) and charges 24 hours a day / £1.50 per hour. Both car parks offer step free access to the Foundation.
Bristol’s Clean Air Zone (CAZ)
BOP is outside the Bristol Clean Air Zone although you may travel through it depending what route you travel to BOP. You can find further details about the Clean Air Zone and a map here.
Alternatively, there is parking within a 5-10 minute walk at the local Sainsbury’s. Full details and booking here.
By air
Air Bristol Airport is approximately 9 miles from BOP. Shuttle buses run from the airport to Bristol Temple Meads train station every 10 minutes. Further details can be found here.
